Return Of Products
You have the right to return the products you bought if you are not satisfied with your purchase. within 10 days from the date of receipt You can make a change with another number or color, as well as change with another product, refund or issue a credit coupon.
Replace product via Courier
Greece
In case you wish to exchange the product with another one, there are return expenses (2€) on top of the expenses for the new shipment (plus the sum of 2.5€ if you wish to pay the difference for the delivery).
In case you wish a refund for part or the total amount of the order, the refund costs will be credited to you by the original payment method, but any delivery costs will be deducted from this. The refund charge (2€) applies only if you choose to perform the refund through ACS and ask them to charge the recipient.
In case you ask for a debit voucher, you will be sent a personal message with a coupon which will correspond to the sum of the refund and the refund costs will be charged to you.
In case you ask for a refund and the original order has exceeded the sum of 60€, then the original shipment expenses will be charged to you (2€ if you have paid by credit/debit card or by PAYPAL and 4.5€ if you have paid on delivery).
In case of the company’s error in the shipment of the product or in case of a faulty product the return expenses will fall upon the company.
You can also request the refund by using any other courier service at your own responsibility and expense.
The acceptance or not of the returned product will be done after it has undergone a quality check from our company and the state of the returned product has been evaluated.
CAUTION : Until the moment the product reaches us, it lies under your own responsibility and consequently it is vital that you make sure it is safely shipped so as to avoid any damage or loss and therefore the failure of its return.

In case you wish to exchange the product with another one, the return expenses (8€) as well as the expenses of the new shipment (8€) will fall upon you.
In case you wish a refund for a part or the total of the order, the refund costs (8€) will fall upon you and the sum of your refund will be deposited in your account within 10 working days.
In case you request a credit voucher, you will be sent a personal message with a coupon which will correspond to the sum of the refund and the refund costs will be deducted from the total.
In case you ask for a refund and the original order has exceeded the sum of 120€, then the original shipment expenses will be charged to you.

Returns / Refund Policy
There are two alternatives if you are not satisfied with the products received from MLO Souvenirs, either a refund or a credit coupon.
Refunds are available for all items, excluding earrings. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and any items received after then may be discarded. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once we have received the items, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. MLO Souvenirs reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric, in which case they will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by MLO Souvenirs will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
***Please note that the international shipping costs that MLO Souvenirs provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside Greece. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece, as this fee is in no way covered by MLO Souvenirs. Please allow 10 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by MLO Souvenirs. You will be informed via email once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.

A credit coupon can be issued in order to use it in the future, with no expiry date, and shop anything you would like. Please send us an email so as to notify us for the issue of a credit coupon.

All orders should be returned to the address below. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to MLO Souvenirs. A refund will not be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

The return of the product will have to include the receipt and the special and the special labels of the product as well as the return form you will find below.
The return in swimwear has to take place within 5 working days from the day it was delivered. It is absolutely essential that the protective hygiene cover have not been removed and that it be in the same unused condition. The acceptance or not of the returned product will be done after it has undergone a quality check from our company and the state of the returned product has been evaluated.

If you wish to exchange with other products of our company, you may place a new order with the products you need and in the comments box you mention that it is part of an exchange.
Send us the package, after you have made sure that the products are in the same excellent conditions in which you have received them and that it is accompanied by the receipt.
If no problem with the returned product is presented, we will immediately proceed in its replacement, a refund or a voucher edition.
Note:
For hygiene reasons, our company will not receive any returns in earrings or underwear. To avoid any hardship, we recommend that when you receive the package from the courier service you should seek for any potential faults or damages in the packaging or the products, so as to take the necessary actions. In case the product is returned and after our quality check a fault is confirmed, then we owe to communicate it with you for the solution of the issue.
