Delivery To Your Place


Orders, are departured from us within 1-3 working days and the deliveries actuallize according to the timeline table given by ACS courier (given below)

No shipments are held on Saturday, while deliveries can take place on Saturday only after communicating with us and accepting an additional charge of the sum of 2€.

No deliveries/handlings and shipments of orders are held on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Orders that exceed the amount of 60€ are free of transportation costs.


Shipments are made on a daily basis, except weekends and Public Holidays. The orders are delivered within 3-10 working days.

Upon the completion of your order placement, you will automatically be sent an e-mail, where you will be informed for its registration and in which all the details of your order will be analytically written. After checking the order and the availability of the products, you can track the process progress of your parcel through our website simply by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and clicking on your corresponding order.

All items are delivered via DHL Global Mail International shipping services – transportation cost 15€, or ACS transportation company – transportation cost 8€ (depending on your choice).

Orders that exceed the amount of 120€ are free of transportation costs (only with ACS transportation company).

In case the payment method is PAY ON DELIVERY (It only applies in Greece) then the extra charge is 2.5€.

For orders that exceed the amount of 60€, shipment cost is free of charge.

We would like to kindly request that should there be any problem receiving the package , please contact us so that we can assist in servicing you the best way possible.

We would like to inform our customers that in case an order is not received, the future ones will have to be placed by using a credit/debit card or via PAYPAL. If a future order has as a method of payment PAY ON DELIVERY it will be cancelled automatically without any notice.

Shipping Abroad

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order is placed. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out. Please note that all orders are sent on weekdays only.

International Shipping

We charge an amount for all orders abroad proportionally to your country. Orders arrive within 1-3 business days from the date that the parcel leaves our place. Please note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

All items are delivered via DHL Global Mail International shipping services. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Taxes And Customs Charges

Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. MLO Souvenirs is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our customer care team at to place your order. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

Please note that the international shipping costs that MLO Souvenirs provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Greece. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece as this fee is in no way covered by MLO Souvenirs .
