Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the online store of “MLO Souvenirs”, located at https://mlosouvenirs.gr/.

General Terms   

The company has as its main goal the service of its customers, therefore on a daily basis we make an effort to keep our customers satisfied. The creation of this specific e-shop under the name of “MLO Souvenirs” has as a goal the prompt service and viewing of the products in each and every corner of Greece just by clicking on the site any time of the day. The purchases through the Internet are done with a simple procedure always reserving the possibility of availability of the company stock.

The company aims at the prompt service and satisfaction of the customer bearing the constant responsibility that it has shown during the whole course of its business development and the constant building of trust.

The user of the website accepts that they have read the existing terms, agreed on them and accepted the responsibility of abiding by them.

Our obligation towards the customer is to always ensure and inform them. For this reason, the customer has to be aware of the following:

A.Safety Of Personal Data

In order for any kind of transaction through our e-shop under the name of “MLO Souvenirs” to occur and for any product orders to be placed, we will ask  you to give us some personal data. When you reach the stage of placing your order, we will ask for your full name, the address the products will be sent to, your mobile or home number, your e-mail address and in case you choose to pay by credit or debit card, the number of the card, the expiration date and the three-digit security number. This procedure may be omitted provided you are a member of “MLO Souvenirs” in which case you will be asked to give the personal data upon the initial subscription.

The handling and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of our website is governed by these present Terms of Use, defined by the Greek Law (L.2472/1997, as it applies in the provisions of Regulatory Nature) and the Decisions, Instructions and Regulations of the Personal Data Protection Authority of Personal Nature so as to implement the order of the customer and should in no way be revealed, published or sold to a third party, unless the procedure as defined by the legislation of lifting confidentiality (L.2225/1994) is put into effect or any obligations falling under the National Application of the Directive 24/2006.

B.Safety

For the safety of your transactions with MLO Souvenirs, we have taken every possible precaution by collaborating with Alpha Βank. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

DATA PROTECTION : The creators of the photographs as copyright material according to the provision 2&1 of the International contract of Berne-Paris of the Article 2&1 L.2121/1993 , as applies at present time and the Legislation 93/98 EK have agreed to be transferred automatically (according to the article 32&2 of the L.2121/93 as applies at present ) in any company (MLO Souvenirs,) the propriety right and the congregate of the authorities on it, concerning each photograph they may create, and have accepted that each company (MLO Souvenirs,) and will have the ability to take full advantage of its work without confinement as well as the right of modification, reproduction,  integration and proliferation throughout the whole duration (article 9 of the treaty WIPO for the copyright which was ratified in Greece with the L.3184/2003-FEK(Published in the Government’s Newspaper) A’ 228/26.09.2003,12 of the Treaty TRIPS for the copyright in the Commerce which was ratified in Greece with the L.2290/1995 (FEK{Published in the Government’s Newspaper} A’28) as well as the article 6 of the Legislation 93/98.c.c.THE ITEMS FOR SALE

The characteristics of the items for sale are available and you can have access to them by searching the name of the respective product.

PRODUCT PRICES

All the prices which refer to products available through “MLO Souvenirs” include a  24% VAT and they do not include the shipping or the pay on delivery costs. The prices concern the products and the quantities providing that they are available and adequate while “MLO Souvenirs” reserves the right to change the prices of the products for sale without any further notice.

D.Submission/Cancellation Of Orders/Customer Protection

The realization of the order through the e-shop constitutes the continuous contract of selling items from distance,  regulated from the Legislation of the L.2251/1994 as it is modified. It is a binding suggestion of purchase of the products in demand at the total price which is mentioned at the time of the order placement as it includes VAT, shipping and packaging costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you may deserve as a visitor/customer.

The possibility of having a valid order through the e-shop providing that you are legally capable in accordance with the article of the Greek Civil Code.(You must have completed the eighteenth year of age and you must not have any judicial proceedings as far as the continuous contract of items for sale are concerned). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives while the company reserves the right to claim any possible orders that have been placed by legally incapable individuals from their supervisors or legal guardians or representatives.

Your order will be finalized with your acceptance from the “MLO Souvenirs” through a confirmation e-mail to you sent to the e-mail address you have suggested during the order placement. In case you do not receive a confirmation e-mail for your order, we kindly request you contact “MLO Souvenirs” at the e-mail address info@mlosouvenirs.gr so as to ask for the successful completion of your order placement.

For any cancellation of your order (partly or fully) you are required to send an e-mail to info@mlosouvenirs.gr or  to contact us on the telephone number 22870 22394. This possibility is given strictly for the duration of one hour after the placement of the order. After that specific timeline no cancellation will be possible and you will be able to change your order only after you have received it.

It only applies to shipments within Greece and the additional cost comes to the sum of 2.5€ (including 24% VAT). The payment takes place upon delivery of your package via the express courier service we cooperate with.

Choosing to pay by credit or debit card you will be transferred to the Alpha e-Commerce of ALPHA BANK which will offer you the safest way of paying by card. The procedure is completed in a very short period of time during which no personal information (including the details of your card) will be saved or stored by the “MLO Souvenirs” company.

F.Applicable Law And Other Terms

The “MLO Souvenirs” company reserves the right to renew and modify the terms of the transaction , after there has been previous notification and they will apply upon the date of the postage on our e-shop. Omission of the practice of any right of the “MLO Souvenirs” company can be interpreted as a resignation from it.

The terms at present time are totally compatible with the European and Greek Law while the users acknowledge the right of the company to alter the provisions of the present terms, in the way that do not concern the legal obligations and without influencing the accomplished situation
